Tutti i gioielli di questa collezione sono stati fatti interamente a mano. “Brex Bijoux” nasce come personale esperienza nel desiderio di creare una linea di prodotti nuova con un materiale inalterabile nel tempo, ma a costi accessibili a tutti.
Questo è stato possibile grazie alle nuove tecnologie di anodizzazione dell’alluminio.
Attuando sull’alluminio un processo elettrochimico si conferisce ad un elemento proverbialmente povero le sembianze dell’oro, dell’argento e una varietà di colori di grande lucentezza e aspetto decorativo.
Ma non basta: per creare un gioiello è necessario qualcosa in più; Questo elemento essenziale viene dato dalla “Maglia Bizantina”, un intreccio di linee che offrono infinite possibilità di creazione e di espressione.
La parola “Maglia Bizantina” evoca in noi antichi ricordi e sovviene alla nostra memoria qualcosa di un tempo andato che non sappiamo ben definire. In effetti i cavalieri bizantini (dell’antico ordine di Bisanzio), usavano sotto l’armatura delle leggere, ma resistenti maglie il cui ricordo è giunto sino ad i nostri giorni, per fortuna non più per scopi d’armi, ma solo per creare forme raffinate ed eleganti, come queste collezioni che trovate in questo sito.
Il terzo ed ultimo elemento della collezione sono le pietre dure.
Di pietre dure sul mercato oggi ve ne sono a migliaia, ma cercare quelle autentiche e adatte a esprimere carattere e finezza è stato ed è una delle mie passioni più autentiche e vissute.

All the jewels of this collection have been made entirely by hand. “Brex Bijoux” was born in 2013 as a personal experience in the desire to create a product line with a new material unalterable but at an affordable cost to all.
This has been possible thanks to the new technologies of Anodized Aluminium. Carrying on aluminum is an electrochemical process which gives to an element which is proverbially poor, the appearance of gold, silver and a variety of high gloss colours and decorative look. But it is not enough, to create a gem you need something more: this essential element is given by the ” Byzantine mail” a plot which offers endless creative possibilities and opportunities of expression.
The word “Byzantine mail” echoes ancient rememberings and recalls our memory of a gone time that we are not able to well define. As a matter of fact, the ancient order of Bizantine knights of Byzantium, used under the armor this lightweight yet durable mesh whose memory has lasted till nowadays, thankfully no more for war purposes, but only to create sophisticated and elegant forms as these collections of Necklaces, Bracelets and Earrings.
The third and final element of my collection, are the Stones. Semi-precious stones on the market today are in the thousands, but looking for those genuine and suitable to express character and refinement has been and is one of my passions, the most authentic and lived one.
